The A01 or A01SE works here too
In a standard meeting room that needs no close-ups, only a picture, the camera can also be an A01 or the single-output A01SE: like the S12+ they are all-round cameras, and any space the S12+ covers can be planned in. They have a 4K picture, a 120° wide view and a remote control that sets preset positions. The A01 has USB and HDMI outputs and, besides sitting above a display, can hang from the ceiling; the A01SE has a USB output only and is made for USB video meetings.

The UCB-W series uses SM-800 daisy-chain speakerphones: the main unit connects to the computer and the extension units chain one after another on a dedicated cable that carries both power and sound, so there is no separate power to arrange and nothing to switch on. Like UCB-M, L and U it installs quickly and can grow later; the difference is that SM-500 can be moved around, while SM-800 stays in place and is simpler to install.
For site offices
Site-office meeting rooms are big and wide, people sit far apart, and the owner is often on video. Small-room kits do not pick up the back rows, the owner cannot tell who is speaking, and a fixed installation needs building work and cannot come with you. UCB-W3 chains three SM-800 units along a U-shaped (or long) table so every seat has a microphone and speaker nearby, with 12× optical zoom for a close-up of each speaker. Set it on the table with no building work, fix the camera with a simple wall mount if you like, and take the whole set with you when the project ends.
