P30i is a 1080p AI tracking PTZ camera with 30× optical zoom. It suits gyms, large auditoriums and big lecture halls where the camera sits a long way back. With AI tracking on, the camera follows the presenter by itself and nobody has to operate it.
01AI auto tracking
Wherever the presenter goes, the camera follows.
AI person tracking is built in, with no extra computer or software. When the presenter walks across the stage or turns to the whiteboard, the camera keeps up.
0230× optical zoom
Gyms and large halls: it reaches however far away.
With 30× optical zoom the tele end narrows to a 2.28° horizontal view, enough for a close-up of the stage from the very back of the venue. The 60.7° wide end covers the whole stage.
03HDMI, SDI, USB and network
Ready for meetings, recording and streaming.
HDMI and 3G-SDI feed a switcher or recorder; USB 3.0 connects to a computer for video meetings; the network output supports RTSP, RTMP and SRT for direct streaming. Line In and Line Out bring the room audio along.
04Installation and control
Easy to mount, easy to fit into what you have.
PoE (802.3af) powers it over a single network cable, or use the included DC 12V adaptor. It can be mounted upside down and a ceiling bracket is included. Control it with the remote, RS-232, RS-485, VISCA over IP, ONVIF or a CAVE K10 or K20 keyboard, with up to 255 presets.
05With a recorder and a keyboard
Close-up, wide shot and slides, recorded together.
A common setup in large venues: several P30i cameras cover the stage close-up, the wide shot and the audience, feed an NSR-400 recorder, and are switched from one K20 keyboard. One person can run a multi-camera recording and stream.

FAQ
What kind of venue suits P30i?
P30i has 30× optical zoom and a horizontal view of just 2.28° at the tele end, so it suits gyms, large halls and big lecture theatres where the camera is a long way from the stage. At the wide end (60.7°) it still takes in the whole stage.
P30i, P20i or P12i: which should I choose?
All three are 1080P with built-in AI tracking; the zoom is the difference. P12i is 12× with a 72.5° wide end, for classrooms and meeting rooms where the camera is 3 to 6 metres from the front. P20i is 20×, for larger classrooms, lecture halls and churches. P30i is 30×, for gyms and large halls.
Does P30i support PoE?
Yes. P30i supports PoE (802.3af), so one network cable can power it. The supplied DC 12V adaptor can be used instead.
